Simple, predictable pricing

AdeptLink provides the software; you run the marketplace. You own the relationship with your buyers and suppliers, and you keep the revenue your marketplace generates.

Your license includes the full procurement workflow: posting RFQs, receiving and comparing offers from suppliers onboarded by your marketplace operator, messaging counterparties, creating purchase orders, and managing shipments and invoices in one dashboard.

Some marketplaces may configure payment milestone coordination through an external provider. Availability, fees, payment handling, and order conditions depend on the marketplace operator and provider. Learn about optional payment workflows.

How the platform license works

You're charged a setup fee plus a recurring subscription — never a cut of your transaction volume. There's no cost to add users or listings on your marketplace, no charge for RFQ or quote activity, and no per-order fee unless you choose to pass one on to your own users.

Starter fits one corridor or category. Growth adds more capacity, advanced analytics, full white-label branding, and Compliance Hub.

Pricing FAQ

The most common questions about licensing and running your own marketplace on AdeptLink.

Do the buyers and suppliers on my marketplace pay AdeptLink anything?
No. AdeptLink doesn't touch your marketplace's transactions. You license the platform from us for a flat setup + subscription fee, and you decide independently whether your buyers and suppliers pay anything — commission, subscription, or nothing at all. That revenue model is yours to design and keep.
How are fees for participant orders handled?
AdeptLink licenses marketplace software. Marketplace participant fees and payment-provider charges depend on the operator's commercial terms and provider arrangements.
Is there a monthly subscription to license the platform?
Yes. Starter is a flat monthly platform fee with no per-transaction cut. Growth and Enterprise are also flat recurring fees, scaled to your listing volume, user count, and feature set (white-label domain, API access, Compliance Hub module) — not to how much your marketplace processes.
What are the costs for optional payment workflows?
Availability, fees, and payment handling depend on the marketplace operator and payment provider. Review the applicable terms before using a payment workflow.
Are there any setup fees or long-term contracts?
Any setup fees, minimum terms, and renewal conditions are defined in the applicable licensing proposal or agreement. Review those terms before signing.
How does enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise licensing scope and pricing depend on the organization's deployment requirements and agreed support arrangements. Contact sales to discuss those requirements.
